As the Member Engagement Coordinator, you'll be responsible for overseeing all the Health Plan Enrollment Services and will be a liaison between the Health Plan and the State of Idaho partners. This requires a solid understanding and experience with the enrollment process. This role will be responsible for driving the full implementation of all new enrollees’ coming on-board in a specific timeframe.
If you are located in Idaho, you will have the flexibility to work remotely* as you take on some tough challenges.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Drive the strategy on making the enrollment process as seamless as possible for new members
- Identify member experience issues and resolve operational problems using defined processes, expertise and judgment
- Help create new solutions to address difficult and long-standing challenges in improving health care outcomes
- Set priorities to ensure task completion and performance goals are met for Enrollment Services
- Work closely with the population health team to ensure policies, design and delivery of health care services meet the needs of our members
- Facilitate forums to actively solicit member feedback and will assist in the development of program improvement opportunities
- Communicate any issues we are seeing from an enrollment perspective to the ID State Partners and ensure the adoption of policies, processes and best practices required for success

Required Qualifications:
- 2 years of Enrollment Services and customer service experience for a health care company or a health plan
- 1 years of experience working with Medicaid and/or Medicare members
- 1 years of supervisory / leadership experience
- Proficiency with MS Office, which includes the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications
- Solid history of quickly gaining credibility, partnering with business leaders and exhibiting executive presence
- Proven ability to articulate business strategies and formulate concise solutions to complex problems
- Resident of Idaho
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 years of quality improvement/population health experience
- Proven reporting skills and solid analytical skills

The salary range for this role is $89,800 to $176,700 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
