This position is full-time. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. Our office is located at 12921 S Vista Station Boulevard Draper, UT 84020

If you are located in Draper, Utah, you will have the flexibility to work from home and the office in this hybrid role* as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Daily support of the sales function to minimize the administrative work of producers
• Requesting, analyzing and reporting sales and client data, communicating changes to sales plans, providing knowledge about customers and competitors, communicating pricing data, and providing support for new business and finalist presentations
• Works closely with the team of Strategic Account Executives, Field Account Managers, sales and other functional leaders to develop and maintain the operational infrastructure supporting sales retention, identify trends, program adoption, wellness initiatives and improvement opportunities

Required Qualifications:

• 3 years of Customer service experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office Word (create, edit, save documents)
• Experience with Microsoft Excel (create, edit, sort, filter spreadsheets and pivot tables)
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook (Email/Calendar)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with insurance/Medical billing

The hourly range for this role is $23.70 to $46.35 per hour based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with al minimum wage laws as applicable.
