This position is full time Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 6:00 am -6:00 pm EST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. Our office is located at 600 Airborne Pkwy, Cheektowaga, NY 14225

We offer weeks of on-the-job training. The hours of the training will be aligned with your schedule.

• Collect, review, research, and validate incoming/outgoing checks to be mailed regarding any open/ongoing cases
• Analyze and identify specific details to reduce errors in outgoing correspondence
• Accurately filing inventory daily
• Updating missing information data with various attachments
• Maintain and track reporting in relation to inventory
• Successfully mailing all correspondence correctly to the beneficiary

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1 years of experience analyzing and solving customer problems in an office setting
• Proficient with computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications
• Experience with Microsoft Excel (data entry, sorting/filtering, pivot tables)
• Ability to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 6:00 am -6:00 pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. Our office is located at 600 Airborne Pkwy, Cheektowaga, NY 14225

• Ability to multi-task, this includes the ability to handle multiple levels of benefits within each product
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written communication skills

The hourly range for this role is $23.70 to $46.35 per hour based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
