Role Overview :
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Contracts Manager to join our team, serving a major financial services client. The Contracts Manager will lead a U.S.-based team of four responsible for drafting non-disclosure agreements and related contracts in support of our client's M&A and Leveraged Finance businesses.
This is a leadership role within the account and you will play key part in managing delivery to the client in a fast-paced environment, presenting to senior leadership, generating key metrics and reports, and serving as the point of escalation for critical contract issues.
Key Responsibilities :
- Team Leadership : Manage a U.S. contracting professionals of different experience levels, ensuring high performance and effective delivery of contracting services.
- Client Interaction : Develop and maintain strong client relationships, working closely with stakeholders within the client's legal department, the end requestors within the client's M&A and Leveraged Finance businesses, and counterparties to the contracts being negotiated.
- Metrics and Reporting : Generate or oversee generation of comprehensive reports on volumes delivered and cycle time against defined service level agreements for key stakeholders at regular intervals.
- Documentation and Training : Create documentation, guides, and training materials to cross-train UnitedLex contracting teams to support delivery and create resiliency.
- Problem Resolution : Serve as the point of escalation for complex contracting issues, identifying potential options for resolution for the client and driving solutions in a timely manner.
- Proactive Risk Management and Value Creation : Spot contracting trends and recommend changes to accepted fallback to improve speed, quality, and throughput of in-scope contracts.

Salary Range
The salary range for this role reflects the range of factors that inform case-by-case compensation decisions including education, experience, training, licensure, certification, and geography as well as the business and organizational needs specific to the role. Compensation ranges may be broad, reflecting flexibility within the budget and title to consider candidates of varied experience. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this role is $90,000 to $105,000. Select roles are additionally eligible for Incentive Compensation in the form of our Annual Performance Bonus Program.
