Job Description
Under direct supervision, assist qualified candidates for the college’s academic programs in a compliant, appropriate, and professional manner. Provide basic information, routine guidance and assistance to prospective students related to enrollment. Evaluate and resolve student inquiries related to enrollment paperwork, warm hand-off students with issues or problems to the appropriate department, and ensure appropriate action is taken to the satisfaction of the student, the College, and/or relevant regulatory agencies. Uphold enrollment standards by complying with related governmental regulations and standards of accreditation, and by only enrolling students who meet eligibility requirements as published in the college’s catalog. Demonstrate a positive attitude, motivation, concern for student’s welfare, teamwork, excellent time management skills, strong attention to detail, and work-ethic to follow-through on commitment to students and the organization. Use Company approved materials during telephone calls, interviews, and enrollment process. Observe and adhere to all company policies and best practices. Exercise judgement within define procedures and practices to determine appropriate course of action. All activities will be monitored to ensure consistency with company standards.

- Build rapport with prospective students.
- Advise students of each step of the enrollment process, so they can make informed decisions.
- Promote an environment where students feel comfortable and confident to take next steps.
- Take warm transfers of prospective students with an interest in attempting the entrance exam (SLE-Q/TEAS).
- Set up and administer the entrance exam; provide clear and concise instructions to students prior to starting the entrance exam.
- Once the entrance exam is completed, provide a warm hand-off of the student back to Admissions or Financial Aid.
- Facilitate the online enrollment process as needed online or in-person.
- Set appropriate level of urgency and time sensitive deadlines.
- following-up with enrolled students regarding POG, transcripts, transfer credits, or any outstanding documents related to completing an enrollment file
- Facilitate Complio set-up and background.
- Ensure enrollment agreements are accurate and corrected as needed and may require follow-up with students.
- Ensure complete and accurate files by the student’s start date.
- Upload required student files into CVUE.
- Enroll students into CVUE.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years customer service, sales, or telemarketing experience.
- Demonstrated ability to fulfill Company Key Behaviors.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Minimum of a HS diploma/GED.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, Video conferencing, etc.
- Ability to work assigned/flexible hours necessary to complete the job on a weekly basis.
