Job Description:
The Quality Assurance Administrator verifies fieldwork done by partners and W2's by physically driving/walking routes to validate compliance by the AT&T playbook. This individual must be familiar with all aspects of outside Telecommunications plant to include copper and fiber drops.
Familiarity with all aspects of drop bury work to include calling in locates, managing partners, communicating with customers, communicating with AT&T vendor managers, documentation of daily duties and providing real time updates to work completed via back-office software. Candidates must have knowledge of telephone industry standards and the ability to meet or exceed business unit goals while maintaining quality standards, controlling expenses, and following company and business unit directives and practices.

The successful candidate must meet a majority of the knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience requirements outlined below:
- Experience with quality control of telecommunication projects
- Must be familiar with engineering in the public right of way and on private property.
- Able to read and understand highway/road prints, be able to identify conflicts with existing outside plant facilities, select routing of lines and equipment required for work projects.
- Candidate must possess a valid driver's license and be able to pass a background check, pre-employment drug testing
- A minimum of 50% travel.
- Deep understanding of communications engineering and related systems
- Use mature judgment in all aspects of the job
- Be skilled in multi-tasking with strong attention to detail
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to problem solve
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong command of the English language is required.
- At least 1 year of drop bury experience
