What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Coordinator position at UniTek USA?
Job Description:
The Warehouse Coordinator is a member of a construction team responsible for inbound and outbound deliveries. This candidate will manage the inventory and supplies in the warehouse. The successful candidate will have at least 3-5 years in warehouse operations and can develop and provide reports on project materials inventory.
Position Requirements:
- Must have experience in OSP construction
- Must have experience using a forklift
- Must have a clean driving record, CDL preferred
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office
- Must have experience and ability to drive a vehicle with a -trailer and be able to back up a trailer
- Occasional travel to other local offices
- Operates and maintains various machinery at site location
- Maintain a clean environment in warehouse and outside stockyard
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience
- Ability to pass background and drug test
- Must be able to pass DOT medical requirement card
- Self-motivated
- Demonstrated ability to interact effectively and cooperatively with coworkers
- Must have a basic command of the English language to understand the safety requirements of the position
- Be at least 18 years old
- Utility construction knowledge is a plus
