Description
Compensation:
- Hourly, non-exempt
- New hires can expect to be placed on our starting wage scale of $25.77 to $30.29 per hour
- Based on performance, there is room to grow on our full wage scale of $25.77 to $34.81 per hour
Work Schedule:
- Full time, 40 hours a week, Mon-Fri
- On site to start, hybrid work possibility after 6 months

Job Summary
As our Provider Schedule Coordinator, you would be responsible for performing a wide range of provider schedule-related tasks with the overall goal to optimize provider productivity and patient access.

Requirements
Professional and Technical Knowledge:
- Possesses a basic level of written and verbal communications skills, computational and computer skills and mathematical knowledge at a level typically acquired through completion of a general studies high school program.
- Possesses specific knowledge and training in office administration, typically acquired through completion of a certificate or license program.
Technical Skills:
- Keyboarding speed of 45 words per minute and data entry skills; accuracy is essential.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of programs including Word, Outlook, Excel, etc. and functions in each.
