Education : Skill and proficiency as obtained through the completion of a high school education. Associate degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
Training and Experience : Minimum of two to three years’ experience in a Human Resources role. Experience with HR software and systems (e.g. : HRIS, ATS, ect.) SHRM-CP, PHR, or other HR related certifications a plus.
Job Knowledge : Requires strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism is required. Must have knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

DESCRIPTION :
Associate will be responsible for various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws. This role requires excellent communication skills, a thorough understanding of HR best practices, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Physical Effort : A great deal of sitting and walking. Regular office hours with occasional travel for recruitment events or training.
Mental Effort : Considerable amount of mental effort and concentration required, primarily in planning and organizing own work and in assisting departmental personnel. A great deal of judgment is needed in coordinating processes within the department and between departments. Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
