1. Education : A Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in computer science or related field.
2. Training and Experience : Minimum of five years’ experience with computer operations / operating systems on personal computers and in a mini-computer environment.
3. Job Knowledge : 2-4 years’ experience in a Network Environment.
4. Safety Sensitive : NO

DESCRIPTION :
Under direct supervision of the Information Technology Director. Individual will be responsible for supporting the Hospital Network. Individual will be responsible for maintaining all hardware and servers that make up Unity Health’s Network. Individual will assist the Information Technology Director in evaluating hardware for network growth. Individual will assist the Information Technology director oversee projects. Individual will assist Information Technology Support Technicians as needed. Responsible for one shift, five days per week. Incumbent is subject to overtime, on-call duty and call back as required by the hospital.
Physical Effort : Works in well-lighted, air-conditioned office. Some heavy lifting required. Working atop a ladder with overhead work required. Some travel is required.
Mental Effort : Position is prone to many interruptions and repetitive tasks.
