Are you a passionate and experienced RN looking to join a dedicated team in a supportive, collaborative environment? Watertown Regional Medical Center (WRMC) is seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) for our Inpatient Care Center (IPC). This is a 12-hour Day Shift position, working 7:00 a.m. – 7:30 p.m., including every third weekend and every third holiday.
Position Details:
- Full-Time (0.9 FTE): 72 hours per pay period
- Sign-On Bonus: $10,000
- Shift: 12-hour Day shift (7:00 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.)
- Weekend & Holiday Rotation: Every third weekend and every third holiday
About the Inpatient Care Center (IPC):
The IPC is a 35-bed medical/surgical unit where you will care for adult patients with a variety of conditions requiring hospitalization, including those in our robust Bone & Joint program. You will work closely with hospitalist providers (physicians and nurse practitioners) and a dedicated nursing team to deliver exceptional, patient-centered care.

Qualifications:
- Required:
- Associate of Science in Nursing
- Current Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) Licensure
- BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) Certification (or within 6 months of hire)
- Preferred:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- 3 years of current critical care RN experience
