Job Type: Contract 9weeks
Shift timings : Day shift 7am to 7.30 pm
Guaranteed hours : 36per week
Days: Mon, Tue, Wed
Pay Rate : $42/hr.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Albuquerque,NM. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients, support our healthcare team, and ensure a positive patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs, symptoms, and medical histories.
- Assist with patient assessments and care planning.
- Educate patients and families on health management and treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Valid LPN license in New Mexico
- CPR certification.
- 3 years of LPN experience Required
- Travelers are Required above 50miles from Facility
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR).
