Bachelors in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration required. Four years' experience in nonprofit environment and/or 6 years of for-profit experience required. Supervisory/managerial experience required with demonstrated leadership skills. Demonstrates knowledge of accounting concepts, techniques and principles; ability to apply knowledge of accounting and finance. Demonstrates skill in analyzing and interpreting financial data, demonstrates accuracy in working with large amounts of data. Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment. Knowledge and skill with computerized accounting software and Microsoft Excel required. Experience and demonstrated ability to supervise clerical and professional personnel. Ability to work in a changing environment, be flexible and demonstrate knowledge of and ability to work with internal/external stakeholders. Must be energetic, forward thinking and creative with ability to work well and in cooperation with management/staff at a variety of work sites. Must maintain strict confidentiality regarding staff/individuals' served issues and demonstrate the ability to relate to and accept individuals with disabilities Valid NYS Drivers License in accordance with organization policies; ability to travel.
Position is Monday - Friday 8a-4p in office
Salary : $66,603 - $79,929
