This is a part-time Mon- Fri position from 2:30-5:30.

A Child's Place at Unity House is currently hiring for a part-time Administrative Assistant for our Albany Preschool at 50 Philip St.
Successful candidates will be highly organized, personable and enjoy working in an environment that promotes team work and a welcoming atmosphere for families and employees.
Responsibilities:
Provide support for staff.
Maintain student records.
Copy, filing and laminating as needed.
Greet and welcome families, students and visitors to the building.
Answer phone calls.
Promote an environment of inclusion and belonging.
Requirements:
High School diploma required/Associate’s Degree preferred with a minimum 1 year of administrative assistant experience. Must have reliable transportation. Clean, valid NYS Driver License. Must be familiar with Microsoft Office Suite. This is a fast-paced work environment, therefor candidates must be able to multi-task.
