Join our team as a Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative!
You'll be the first point of contact for homeowners, scheduling appointments, answering inquiries, and ensuring they have an exceptional experience with Unity Roofing Systems. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love helping people, this is the opportunity for you!
What You'll Do:
- Outbound phone calls to homeowners who have requested our roofing services
- Schedule appointments and manage the pipeline
- Answer inbound calls and respond to leads promptly
- Provide consistent, high-quality customer service through phone, email, and chat.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Attend weekly CSR team meetings.
- Maintain clear communication with the Unity Team to ensure seamless operations.
- Track and maintain call booking metrics within our software.
- Send End-of-Day (EOD) scheduling reports.
