What are the responsibilities and job description for the Preschool Teacher Assistant position at Unity School?
We are looking for one assistant teacher to join our preschool class. The right candidate should be experienced with at least 6-12 months in a pre-k/preschool assistant/float/aide position. The shift is a M-F, 9:45 am-5:00 pm.

Unity is a certified preschool with a K-4 after-school program that has been open since 1974. We are in the SPARK rating system for high-quality schools as a 5-star program. We use the HighScope curriculum, emphasizing a collaborative problem-solving approach and conflict resolution with children. Unity is nature-driven, featuring a large forest-like environment, wooden play structures, and a sizable play area, all sitting on an acre of land. Responsibilities and duties: helping in various ways with your classroom team, cleaning and organizing, and actively using adult-child interactions. All duties will be discussed at the interview.
