About the Role :
As the Accounting Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely financial operations of our client's expanding network of 24 medical clinics. You will oversee all aspects of accounting for these clinics, from month-end close to payroll processing, while providing guidance and mentorship to your team. This position offers significant visibility and the chance to directly contribute to the company's continued success.
Responsibilities :
Overseeing the work of six offshore accountants.
Full cycle month-end close responsibilities.
Reconciling balance sheets and bank accounts
Processing payroll for 200 employees including bonuses and commissions.
Supporting 24 medical clinics with accounting and payroll inquiries.
Responsible for complex accounting processes such as fixed assets, prepaid amortization schedules and intercompany journal entries.
Assist with integration of acquisitions and implementing financial controls. Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or business administration.
Experience with multi-entity accounting required.
Payroll processing experience required.
NetSuite experience required.
Two years of supervisory experience.
