What are the responsibilities and job description for the Developmental Disability Case Manager/service coordinator position at Unity Services?
Provide case management for developmentally disabled adults in Canyon and Ada county. Must hold a bachelor's degree in a Human Service field, have , and ability to pass criminal history check. Must have reliable transportation. Candidates should have good organizational skills, good communication skills, be motivated and passionate about helping others, have good time management skills, and have ability to write/document. Position pays 24.00 per hour for billable time, 18.00 per hour for training and some non billable time. After 120 days, 40 hours of PTO available. Mileage to required FTF contacts paid at .42 per mile. Cell phone stipend or cell phone provided, based on employee choice. Dental insurance provided on employment. Work allows for flexible working hours and flexible time off. Year end bonus and increase in pay rate, based on work load.
