Job Summary
As an ABA Behavior Technician, you will be responsible for implementing individualized ABA therapy programs for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. You will work directly with clients to provide one-on-one support and interventions that target specific behavior goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to clients in various settings, following the behavior intervention plan developed by the BCBA and PS.
- Accurately record and maintain data on client progress, behavior observations, and other relevant information during therapy sessions.
- Collaborate closely with team members to ensure the coordinated delivery of services and progress monitoring.
Requirements
- A High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Reliable transportation
- Previous experience working as an ABA Therapist with individuals with Autism or developmental disabilities is a plus
