Key Responsibilities:
- Perform electro-mechanical assembly tasks, including installing components, connecting wires, and integrating systems.
- Read and interpret technical schematics, diagrams, and engineering drawings for accurate assembly.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, diagnostic equipment, and specialized tools such as soldering irons and crimpers.
- Conduct functional testing, troubleshooting, and ensure products meet stringent quality standards.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to improve processes and address challenges.
- Maintain a clean and ESD-safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; technical certifications (e.g., IPC-A-610) or an associate degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum of Experience in PCB assembly, or a similar role.
- Skilled in using diagnostic tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and continuity testers. Hands-on experience with wire harnessing, soldering, crimping, and cable assembly.
