Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, testing, and inspecting electro-mechanical components and systems. This position is ideal for someone with strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for precision assembly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble various products/ components: including installing, connecting wires, and integrating components.
- Follow schematics, diagrams, and technical drawings to assemble parts accurately.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment to complete assembly and testing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues to ensure quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with engineers and quality control teams to enhance processes and resolve technical challenges.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree in a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in electro-mechanical assembly or a similar role.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
- Experience with tools and equipment for assembly, including soldering, crimping, and wire harnessing.
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools like multimeters, oscilloscopes, or similar equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision under deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of safety protocols and best practices in an assembly environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Background in working with PCB assemblies and power converters.
