Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SMT Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience operating Surface Mount Technology (SMT) machines and working in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and monitor SMT machines for PCB assembly.
- Inspect and troubleshoot SMT components for defects or misalignment.
- Perform routine maintenance and ensure machines run efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet production goals.
Requirements:
- Previous SMT machine operation experience is required.
- Prior experience in manufacturing or electronics assembly.
- Ability to read and understand work instructions and blueprints.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced production environment.
