Compensation : $65,000 - $70,000 base salary OTE of $100K - $120K equity / stock incentives, profit-sharing bonus, and comprehensive benefits package (including 401K with matching).
Position Summary :
Unity Works Talent is conducting a search on behalf of our client for a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Manager to lead sales efforts across Chicago Suburbs & Northern Illinois. This role presents an exciting opportunity to develop strong client relationships, execute strategic sales plans, and drive revenue growth in the medical aesthetics and capital equipment market.
The ideal candidate is a proven sales professional with a strong track record in business development, lead generation, and closing sales. This is a fully remote position requiring extensive travel within the designated territory. Experience selling to physicians in private practices, group settings, and hospitals is a plus.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive sales growth and expand market presence.
- Conduct educational product demonstrations at client locations and industry trade shows.
- Collaborate with customers to develop business strategies that ensure long-term success.
- Plan and execute territory sales strategies to exceed quota expectations.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and optimize sales performance.
- Provide in-service training and ongoing customer support to ensure product satisfaction.
- Track and report sales activities, market insights, and business performance in an organized and timely manner.
- Address post-sale customer concerns and provide solutions to enhance customer experience.
- Work closely with Field Service teams and corporate staff to optimize support and service.
