Join our Internal Audit group to provide independent assurance in contributing and improving Unity’s operation. You will be a key member of our team supporting Enterprise Risk Management, Continuous Monitoring, Operational Audits and helping evolve Unity’s Internal Audit program. You will help Unity achieve its business objectives by bringing a systematic, objective, and disciplined approach to evaluating the effectiveness of the company’s governance, risk management, compliance, and control practices.

What You'll Be Doing
- Lead Unity’s Enterprise Risk Management and Continuous Monitoring programs.
- Lead successful execution of risk-based integrated audit and advisory engagements, including effective communication of results to process owners and cross-functional leaders.
- Establish and own relationships with key partners as their strategic risk advisor on establishing internal controls and process efficiencies, providing insight and direction on risk management
- Keeping current on Unity’s business as well as industry, and the impact of the changes to the audit plan or approach on risk assessments.
- Support other Internal Audit programs including SOX Compliance and other projects.
- Experience in establishing and maturing risk-based programs.
- Experience in leading integrated operational audit and advisory projects through the lifecycle (scoping, planning, fieldwork, reporting and follow-up).
- Ability to construct well-targeted management reports within the context of business and industry, as well as operations and practices.
- Knowledge and experience in financial, process, operational, and technology reviews, as well as risk assessment required.
- Strong organizational, research, verbal, and written communication skills.
- CA/CPA, CFE, CISA and/or CIA a plus.
- Big 4/consulting and industry background in AdTech or Software industry.
- Continuous risk assessment and continuous auditing experience.
- Positive "self-starter" can-do attitude and excitement to drive positive impact at Unity.
