Responsibilities
Payroll Administration
Serves as SME (Subject Matter Expert) for assigned affiliates within the AskHR-Payroll Team.
Calculate adjustments for items such as wages, PTO balances and Alternate Rates,
Performs W-4 and Direct Deposit Maintenance, coordinate other pay related entries into Lawson and Kronos for processing by payroll for assigned affiliates.
Processing of payroll through the time and attendance system, working with timekeepers and managers to ensure accuracy.
Train Timekeepers and Employees on Kronos Timekeeping software as requested for designated affiliates to ensure payroll compliance and responsibilities.
Provide excellent customer service to UnityPoint Health employees.
Pull reports and analyze data to provide ongoing guidance to the designated affiliates as their Master Timekeeper.
Maintain documents outlining the setup of each Kronos environment.
Clearing and concisely communicate errors and adjustments through Case Management
Responsibleforonboardingofnewteammembers.Providessupplementaltrainingtoteamonnewpolicies,proceduresandrevisionsincurrentlaws.Will partner with AskHR-Service Center to execute necessary training.
