We are seeking a dynamic, professional, and flexible Physical Therapy Aide II to join our Inpatient Acute Care Therapy Team. Job Duties:
- Assist in patient care under direct supervision of Physical Therapist, Physical Therapy Assistant, or Occupational Therapist in hospital setting. Assisting with exercises, transfers and mobility.
- Review therapy orders and team schedule; schedule IP therapy appointments for new referrals; adjust team schedules as needed.
- Preparing therapy session equipment and organizing therapy gym space. Duties may include gathering mobility equipment, organizing patient room for safety during mobility, inspecting mobility equipment.
- Cleaning Equipment and ensuring that equipment is in good working condition, organizing equipment inventory, and providing input to management on equipment replacement and additions as identified by need.
- Willing to take on additional responsibilities for team scheduling, ordering, etc
- Assists in patient mobility by participating in the hospital wide Mobility Program.

Qualifications Include:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Hospital setting experience
- Safe Patient Handling Equipment
- Experience with word and excel are helpful
