Physical Therapy Assistant- Middleton Clinic; 0.5 FTE, Day Shift

We are seeking a dynamic, flexible Physical Therapy Assistant to join our outpatient orthopedic therapy team. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work within the context of patient-centered care in an outpatient clinic setting.
• Provide therapy treatment with concise and efficient documentation/billing in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive evidence-based treatment to maximize functional outcomes.
• Embrace lifelong learning: willingly receive feedback and learn from team members, seek continual learning opportunities to advance one’s own practice, and share feedback to promote the growth of the team.
• Engage in staff meetings, advanced practice teams, and shared governance to help drive best practice and clinical excellence.
• Demonstrate a willingness to be flexible and to take on additional responsibilities to support the team and process improvement initiatives within the department.
• Appropriately delegate tasks to support personnel.

Qualifications Include:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant Program
• Specific skills: Orthopedics, general rehab
• Years of experience: 1-2 yrs in orthopedics preferred, new grads welcome to apply
