Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) - PACU (Post Anesthesia Care Unit) for a travel contract in Gunnison, CO. This is a great opportunity to work in a high-quality healthcare setting while enjoying the beauty of Colorado.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide post-anesthesia care for surgical patients
Monitor vital signs and ensure patient recovery
Administer medications and treatments as needed
Collaborate with surgical teams and anesthesiologists
Maintain patient safety and comfort in the PACU environment
Requirements:
Active RN license (CO or compact state)
Minimum 2 years of PACU experience
BLS & ACLS certifications (Required)
Travel experience preferred but not required
