Overview
Provides child care services which meet the developmental needs of each child. Consistently communicates with each child’s parents to ensure that quality care is being given and the child / family needs are being met. Works effectively with other team members. The teacher follows hospital, department and Department of Human Services policies and procedures. Successful performance contributes to a positive work environment for UnityPoint employees.
Responsibilities
Curriculum Coordination
- Plans and implements age / developmentally appropriate programs for assigned group of children.
- Interacts appropriately and positively with children, participating in and encouraging children’s play.
- Maintains a clean, orderly, child oriented, safe environment.

Education :
High School graduate or equivalent.
Experience :
License(s) / Certification(s) :
Valid driver’s license when driving any vehicle for work-related reasons.
Must be willing to complete all DHS required trainings within 90 days of employment.
