Job Summary:We are seeking a Facility Manager to assist the Station Manager in working with central teams and ensuring smooth and efficient facility operations. The role focuses on compliance with regulations, handling complaints, ensuring safety, managing training, overseeing insurance processes, and maintaining policies that align with company standards and industry requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Station Manager and central teams to ensure efficient facility operations.
- Ensure the facility complies with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Handle and resolve complaints from employees and visitors, ensuring a prompt and professional response.
- Manage safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
- Coordinate and oversee training programs related to facility operations, safety, and compliance.
- Ensure all necessary insurance policies are in place, reviewed, and updated as needed.
- Assist with the development and enforcement of facility policies, ensuring they align with company and industry standards.
- Monitor and report on facility-related risks and compliance issues, recommending improvements where necessary.
- Support with any audits or inspections related to safety, insurance, or regulatory compliance.
- Work with internal teams to develop and implement emergency response procedures and safety drills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in facility management or a related role.
- Strong understanding of regulations, safety standards, and insurance policies.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Ability to work well with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Experience with employee training and policy implementation.
