Position Summary
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Retail Network Development Manager to spearhead the growth of our first-mile retail pickup network in the 3PL logistics space. This role will focus on acquiring, onboarding, and nurturing partnerships with retail and commercial outlets to serve as parcel collection points across diverse business models—C2C (consumer-to-consumer), C2B (consumer-to-business returns), B2C (business-to-consumer shipping), and B2B (business-to-business shipments).
Requirements
- Identify, pursue, and onboard high-potential retail partners (e.g., convenience stores, supermarkets, locker operators, local businesses) as first-mile pickup points.
- Develop tailored pickup solutions for C2C, C2B, B2C, and B2B flows, ensuring the network meets the unique needs of each segment.
- Negotiate commercial terms and service-level agreements (SLAs); manage ongoing partner relationships and performance evaluations.
- Work closely with Operations, IT, Product, and Customer Service teams to integrate systems, streamline onboarding, and deliver a seamless experience for partners and end users.
- Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and location analytics to optimize network density and coverage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, retail partnerships, or logistics network expansion—preferably within express delivery, courier services, or 3PL environments.
- In-depth understanding of C2C, C2B, B2C, and B2B logistics workflows and customer requirements.
- Proven track record of negotiating contracts, driving network growth, and managing high-volume partnerships.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities; capable of influencing cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and network management software.
- Willingness to travel domestically for partner acquisition and relationship management.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is a plus.
