Human Resource Coordinator (Government Contractor) w Insperity Experience - 90% Remote
Location: Washington, DC area (within 100 Mile Radius) 80% Remote
Salary Range: $65-$85K with full benefits
Clearance Needed: None but must be a US Citizen
We are currently recruiting an experienced Human Resources manager for a permanent, full-time position for a Small/Mid Sized Federal Contracting Firm. The position supports the office with all facets of operations including human resources/personnel, working with our recruitment team, performance management and training, benefits administration, facilities, IT and event. and a complete benefits package.

Duties:
- Onboarding Personnel
- Working with various Project Managers to ensure all personnel certifications are up to date
- Conduct onboarding of new employees
- Support our PEO Insperity process (our benefits provider)
- Work with proposal team to ensure key personnel resumes are accurate up to date and compliant
- Meet with CEO three times a week on progress on personnel matters
- Create on going agenda items and lead discussions for outstanding items
- Maintain monthly and quarterly employee newsletter with status of organization
- Dealing with HR laws with the States, Cities and Counties we work within.
- Maintain employee handbook.
- Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years’ current legal/human resources management with a BA in HR, business or a related field.
- Candidates must have an excellent understanding of federal, state and local employment laws and regulations. Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities are key.
- Excellent attention to detail, the ability to work effectively with all levels of staff, and a proactive, positive attitude are required.
- An HR Certification would be nice but is not required.
Salary : $65,000 - $85,000
