Key Requirements
Successful candidates will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of three months' experience in a related field. They will also be required to hold certifications in crane operation, forklift operation, lock-out/tag-out procedures, and pallet jack operation, which will be obtained during new hire orientation. Strong communication skills, mathematical abilities, and reasoning skills are essential, along with the ability to carry out and communicate written and/or oral instructions. Physical abilities required include standing for extended periods, reaching with hands and arms, lifting up to 50 pounds, and handling hot metal and tooling.
