The Logistics Specialist is responsible for overseeing the efficient packing, crating, and shipping of UAM inventory worldwide. Key responsibilities include:
- Verifying items to be received into inventory through physical and remote receiving processes
- Packing and unpacking units for receiving and shipping, ensuring accurate documentation
- Receiving Repair Orders, RMAs, and UAM Purchase Orders, and entering Air Waybills into the receiving log when delivered
Key Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- The ability to analyze data, search for errors, and work towards solutions autonomously
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet critical deadlines and multitask
- Goal-oriented, persuasive, and able to work well both independently and as part of a team
- Experience in warehouse and inventory management is a plus, as is aviation experience and computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office Suite
