What are the responsibilities and job description for the CSR - Customer Service Representative position at Universal Belting Resource?
Universal Belting Resource (UBR) is a rapidly growing company that fabricates custom conveyor belts for the food and logistics industries in North America. We are currently looking for a customer service representative to join our team due to the increase of business. Previous customer service experience is a plus and will be taken into consideration. The job and skills needed consists of the following:
What we expect from you:
- Learning and using UBR's software used for quoting and ordering conveyor belting
- Ability to type accurately and use Microsoft Outlook on a daily basis
- Having good verbal and written communication skills
- Communicating with customers daily in a professional manner
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of customer service experience
- Familiarity with an order entry system or ERP system is a plus
- Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook
- Being able to use a calculator to do simple calculations
- Ability to multitask and be detail oriented
- Being comfortable with working on a computer as this is the primary function of this position
