Our Customer Service Representative will be responsible for entering orders phoned in by our clients. Exceptional customer service with an eye for detail is a must. A professional demeanor and good communication skills are required.
You will often be the first impression of X-Cel. We are looking for a dedicated hard worker who is self-motivated and can help our company grow as they grow with it.
Other qualities necessary are:
· Outstanding telephone eddicate
· The ability to relate and connect with clients.
· Accurate data entry.
Compensation: $90,000 with built-in bonus programs.
