Business Development Sales Consultant

X-Cel is a well-established janitorial and maintenance company. We have been in business since 2007 providing our services to the Traverse City area.

1st years salary of $80,000.

We are looking for a passionate and motivated self-starter who can develop new clients while maintaining our current and long-standing ones. In person visits are the foundation of our client relationships so your B2B experience along with exemplary service will help ensure we maintain long lasting relationships.

Qualifications:

1) 5 Years of tangible sales experience.

2) Immediate performance and results expected.

Along with your experience, you will need the following attributes and abilities:

· Superior communication, both written and oral using email, telephone and in person

· Effectively demonstrate our products value

· Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients aimed at helping them achieve the best possible outcome

· Identify opportunities to establish growth and provide client solutions

· Build positive, credible, lasting customer relationships based on trust

· Develop a customer business growth plan tailored to each client

· Create and positively present client product proposals

· Consistently visit clients with the purpose of creating selling opportunities

· Maintain deep product knowledge to correctly present and demonstrate them to clients

· Continually learn about and know our product offerings while maintaining a current knowledge of our competitor’s offerings

· Stay organized while managing your time and schedule

· Use technology proficiently and professionally

· Work collaboratively with others on your team

· Travel as needed
