POSITION: Prime Sales Specialist
JOB LOCATION: Remote
REPORTS TO: Prime Sales Supervisor
SUMMARY OF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The CEC is looking for a full-time sales representative. This role will be responsible for selling and closing orders for spa and salon equipment, products, and supplies; as well as, maintaining a high-level understanding of the sales process required for successful sales including sales steps and expertise for all types of equipment, related accessories, and products and supplies. The role will also host meetings to distribute said expertise to other relevant staff members.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Sell opening order
- Sell Products, Supplies, and Equipment
- Manage quote process, prepare quotes, proposals, follow up, and close
- Provide world class customer service
- On Board new accounts
- Work backorders and holds
- Turn leads into opportunities
- Develop a sales strategy to grow assigned accounts
- Other as assigned
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Experience selling spa equipment, products, and supplies – would like 2 years
- Highly organized
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Outgoing personality
- Coachable
- Ability to work independently
- Quick learner
