PeopleSoft HCM Performance Management Functional Consultant
Extensive experience with PeopleSoft HCM, specifically in the Workforce Development area, Employee Reviews, Career Planning and Succession, ePerformance, and the qualifications below
Must have HCM 92 experience
This will be initially for six weeks, but can be extended for another six months.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities to conduct interviews and gather requirements.
- Process Improvement: Proven track record in identifying and implementing process automation and operational efficiencies.
- System Evaluation: Ability to evaluate system configurations against leading practices and the latest features.
- Documentation: Proficient in documenting assessment gaps, findings, and developing detailed optimization reports.
- Roadmap Development: Experience in creating and presenting optimization roadmaps that align with enterprise, business, HR, and technology priorities.
- Quick Wins Identification: Skilled in identifying quick wins to enhance data, reporting, and analytics capabilities.
