Electrical Warehouse Operations Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Electrical Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee all warehouse operations and ensure efficient receipt, storage, and organization of Electrical Material. The Electrical Warehouse Operations Manager will work with Leads on jobs to obtain Electrical material quotes / order Electrical material. This position will include but not be limited to the below responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all warehouse activities including receiving, storing, and shipping Electrical products.
• Manage organize and label project inventory.
• Develop and implement warehouse operations policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and safety.
• Oversee inventory management and conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy.
• Manage Tool Inventory.
• Manage, maintain, and document fleet maintenance.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

· Maintain and improve the warehouse as needed.

· Update project Shipping Reports

Qualifications:

• Electrical work and Electrical material experience required.
• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, and inventory management.
• Computer skills including Email, Word, and Excel (ability to sort and manage spreadsheets)
• Forklift experience.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse management.
• High School Diploma

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
