Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior restaurant serving experience.
- English language communications required.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Requires full availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities:
- Thorough knowledge of food terminology, food service techniques, and sanitation standards; and thorough knowledge of Alcoholic Beverages.
- Ability to stand, walk, stoop, bend and lift trays weighing up to 45 pounds repetitively during entire shift.
- Provide upsell opportunities to guests to enhance the dining experience and increase overall check average.
- Records all aspects of guests' order accurately and enters guest orders into POS.
- Other duties as assigned.
