- Analyze operational processes and identify areas for improvement
- Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and measure performance
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define operational procedures
- Monitor and evaluate operational performance indicators to ensure targets are met
- Provide recommendations for process optimization and quality improvement
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a relevant field
- Prior experience in operations analysis or a related role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Knowledge of energy industry operations is a plus
