Shift: 40 hours/week, Days (8-hour shifts)
Hourly Rate (W2): $20/hr
Non-Taxable Stipend: $1,530/week
Weekly Gross Pay: $2,250

Job Description:

Cody Regional Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Long-Term Care (LTC) unit. This position requires strong clinical skills, compassion, and the ability to provide high-quality care to residents.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and assess residents' conditions, documenting changes and communicating with healthcare teams.
• Collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate residents and families on health conditions and care plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in PointClickCare (PCC).
• Float between two floors as needed.
• Function as charge nurse when assigned (no additional charge rate; LPNs/RNs serve as charge for their unit).
• Ensure compliance with all facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Active RN license in Wyoming (or compact license).
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in a Long-Term Care unit.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (PCC preferred).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to adapt and provide care in a fast-paced environment.
