Act as senior member of Acute Care Division leadership team.

Demonstrated experience and success with leading ambulatory service operations.
Strong understanding of the financial management, business and clinical operations of a medical group practice, clinic and/or surgery center. Extensive health care reimbursement knowledge and experience.
Advanced knowledge of and superior skills in:
- Fiscal management techniques, revenue cycle management and third-party reimbursement.
- Health care administration systems.
- Governmental regulations and compliance requirements.
- Computer systems and applications.
- Planning, organizing and supervising.
- Exercising initiative, judgment, problem-solving, decision-making.
- Developing and maintaining effective relationships with medical and administrative staff, patients and the public.
- Analyzing and interpreting complex data and preparation of comprehensive reports.
- Communicating effectively in writing and verbally.
- Human resources management, organization and team building.
Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree preferred.

Travel – 50% Travel Required to our acute division markets (California, Nevada, Texas, Oklahoma, Florida, South Carolina, Washington D.C)

- Plans, develops and implements short- and long-term strategic initiatives for ambulatory surgery centers across Acute Division markets.

Creates operating efficiencies when and where possible within the Division.

Participates in physician partnership activity within the Division.

Provides input for managed care contracting to ensure initiatives are met.

Recruits, hires and develops effective management and staff talent to support Division Ambulatory Surgery initiatives and activity.

Prepares, maintains and presents operational and financial reports as required.

Oversees and supports the due diligence process for acquisitions and divestitures.

Identifies and develops new ambulatory service lines and or opportunities.
- Performs other duties as assigned/required.
