About the Role:
The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner at our multidisciplinary team. As part of our team, you will collaborate with colleagues to develop individualized treatment plans and contribute to the growth and development of our hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychiatric assessments, diagnosis, and treatment for adult and adolescent patients.
- Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
- Prescribe and manage medications as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Lead PHP and IOP treatment programs in an outpatient setting to support continuous care.
Requirements:
- Board Certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP).
- Experience in psychiatric nursing, with expertise in medication management.
- Current California license or ability to obtain eligibility.
