The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Cumberland Hall Hospital, ensuring that all aspects of the hospital meet the highest standards of quality and safety. This will involve managing a team of professionals, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and collaborating with other departments to achieve shared goals. The CEO will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for growth and improvement, developing strategic plans to address these opportunities, and ensuring that the hospital remains compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess a strong background in leadership, with experience working in a similar role, preferably in a behavioral health setting. A Bachelor's Degree is required, with a Master's Degree preferred. The individual should have a working knowledge of regulatory requirements and accreditation standards, as well as expertise in operations and financial management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
