Job Title: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Cumberland Hall Hospital
A leading psychiatric hospital in Hopkinsville, Kentucky, with a 97-bed capacity. Offering inpatient acute care, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient programs to approximately 1500 patients annually.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain an environment that upholds the organization's mission, vision, and values.
- Oversee operational management of clinical and non-clinical departments, including nursing, admissions, business development, process improvement, finance, clinical services, and regulatory affairs.
- Ensure achievement of hospital quality metrics through adherence to accreditation and regulatory agency guidelines.
- Recruit physicians and staff in targeted specialty areas, coordinate medical staff participation in new hospital ventures, and develop new areas of medical care to offer at the hospital.
- Develop and implement comprehensive outpatient care and ambulatory programs.
- Maintain positive relationships with local industry, government, healthcare providers, and the general public.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred.
- Current experience as a behavioral executive or director of a large acute care facility with a multi-unit psych department.
- Working knowledge of behavioral health management practices and clinical operations.
- Advanced knowledge of state and federal regulatory requirements and accreditation standards related to behavioral health management.
- Ability to travel a minimum of 10% of the time.
