Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Staffing Coordinator. The Human Resources Staffing Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to HR, including but not limited to: coordinating new hire orientations, maintaining employee relations, client staffing and providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.
Qualifications
- Human Resources (HR) experience with knowledge of HR best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in coordinating new hire orientations
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Experience in maintaining employee relations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
- Staffing Experience a plus
- Strong Computer skills. Must be proficient in Excel.
