We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Group Manager to oversee our operations in the senior care sector. Duties
- Supervise and lead a team of caregivers, nurses, and support staff to ensure optimal service delivery.
- Oversee medication administration processes and ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Manage daily operations of multiple facilities within the group, focusing on quality assurance and improvement.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to the individual needs of residents in home care, nursing homes, and assisted living settings.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, social workers, and families to coordinate care services effectively.
- Conduct regular training sessions for staff on best practices in senior care and medication management.
- Monitor resident satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records related to resident care, staff performance, and facility operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in supervising teams within the senior care sector, including home community care or long-term care environments.
- Strong knowledge of medication administration protocols and regulatory compliance in healthcare settings.
