Summary
We are seeking an experienced Compensation Specialist to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have 4 years of experience in compensation management and a strong understanding of HR functions and procedures. This role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing compensation programs to ensure they are competitive and aligned with the company's objectives.
What You’ll Be Doing (Essential Duties)
- Develop and implement compensation strategies and structures that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to determine competitive compensation rates.
- Manage the annual compensation review process, including salary adjustments, SPOT awards, and performance review plan.
- Manage the officer and non-officer bonus programs.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with HR and management to develop salary ranges for new and existing positions.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on compensation-related matters.
- Prepare and present compensation reports and analysis to management.
- Participate in compensation surveys and analyze survey data to ensure market competitiveness.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date compensation data in HR systems.
- Responsible for various reporting (Vets 4212 and EEO-1).
- Backup for Payroll Processing (training will be provided).
